Cheesy Nachos

Cheesy Nachos

There are no barriers left between the countries specially when we talk of food. We are fond of all types of cuisines apart from our own. For starters, we have so many options to go with such as Chinese, Italian, continental. Here is one of the easiest starter from the Mexican cuisines, 'Cheesy Nachos'. Its so cheesy and yummy, that you can't keep yourself away from it.



Preparation time : 10mins
Cooking time : 30mins
Servings : 4

Ingredients: (for 4-5 people)

Corn flour                                                  1cup
Gram flour(Besan)1cup
Split Green gram flour(Moong dal)1/2cup
Split Bengal gram flour(Chana dal)1/2cup
Black pepper powderas required
Saltas required
Yogurt(Plain)1tbsp
Green bell pepper1/2cup(chopped)
Red bell pepper1/2cuo(chopped)
Spread cheese3tbsp
Oreganoas required
Chilly flakesas required

 

Method:

For nachos:
  1. Mix all the flour to form a stiff dough.
  2. Divide this dough into small pieces and roll each one with the rolling pin(it should be 2 mm thick).
  3. Cut this roll into desired shape(rectangular or triangular).
  4. In deep frying pan, fry till it turns golden brown.


For cheesy dip:
  1. Mix yogurt and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Now, add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, salt, chilly flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.

Yummy tasty cheesy nachos are ready!!!
