For Rabdi:
  1.  500ml Milk
  2.  5-6tbsp Sugar
  3.  1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder (Ilachi powder)
  4.  A few Almonds (Badam)
  5.  A few Pistachio Nut(pista)
For Topping: (All or any of the following)
  1.  Boondi
  2.  Jalebi(small chopped pieces)
  3.  Pistachio Nut(pista)
  4.  Saffron (saffron= kesar+milk+anaar)

Method - How to make Malpua pizza

  1. In a bowl, take 1 cup of flour and add one spoon of gram flour, Pista, Fennel, Almonds, Sugar and finally add Butter.
  2. Mix everything well and make a dough. The dough will be little sticky, try to use a butter paper for rolling the dough into thin circular cake (about 8 mm thin)
  3. Remove the paper and cut the cake into 6 slices(like pizza slices) and put it into Microwave oven to bake it for 15-20mins on 180 degree Celsius till the sides get brown color.

For Rabdi(a thick sweet cream made from milk) :
  1. Bring the milk to boil and then on low flame cook it for half an hour.
  2. Now along with sugar put the peeled and thinly chopped Pista, Almonds and Cashew nuts into it.
  3. Cook till it reduces to half and while stirring scrap the sides of the pan continuously

For Topping:
In display picture, I have not used following combinations, rather, I have just added flavored colors. You can use Rabdi with any of the following combinations to get unique taste on each slice!
  1.  Rabdi+Boondi
  2.  Rabdi+Jalebi(small chopped pieces)
  3.  Rabdi+Pista
  4.  Rabdi+Saffron (saffron= kesar+milk+anaar)
Apply each topping combination on the pizza base and serve hot.

Enjoy! :)
