Do you go to Dominos, Pizza-Hut to have pizzas? Do you like burgers and you look for Mc-Donalds? We all love fast-foods :), because they are readily available, mouth-watering and looks very tempting!
Today, I am sharing a similar recipe with you all, for which you do not need to go to any restaurant.
Try this quick and easy home made sandwich known as 'Italian Open sandwich'. It is the most simple recipe and will take only few minutes to prepare. Its my guarantee that each and every member of your family will love it. And, if you have kids at home, they will enjoy it to the fullest !!!

Ingredients:

Bread Loaf                               4
Onions                               1(Sliced)
Green Bell Pepper(Capsicum)    1(Sliced)
Ginger5-6p (Chopped)
Garlic8-10p (Chopped)
Tomatoes2(Boiled)
Cheese(Amul)as required
Black Olivesas required
Oil
2tbsp
Butteras required
Dry red chilies8-10(soaked for 4 hours)


Method :
For topping sauce:
  1. Take the tomato's pulp, red chilies and grind them to form a thick paste.
  2. In a pan, take oil and saute ginger, garlic, tomato-chilly paste for 5-10 mins.
  3. Cut the bread loafs into two equal halves.
  4. In a flat pan, grill inner surface of the bread (with butter or ghee)
  5. Turn the bread and on the grilled surface apply the sauce. Put onions, green bell pepper(green capsicum), black olives, salt and grate some cheese over it.
  6. Cover this loaf with a lid and allow to grill it for 1 min on low flame and serve hot.

Tips:
  1. You can add yellow and red bell pepper to give a colorful touch.
  2. You can also add Olives and JalapeƱo if you like.
