Spring onions with boondi |

Spring Onions(chopped) | 2cups |
Boondi | 1cup |
Onions(chopped) | 2tbsp |
Tomatoes(chopped) | 3tbsp |
Garlic(grated) | 1tsp |
Green chilly(chopped) | 1tsp |
Red chilly powder | as required |
Coriander powder | as required |
Turmeric powder | as required |
Salt | as required |
Method : How to make Spring onions with Boondi
- Chop spring onions, about 1-2 cm long.
- Saute garlic and onions in a pan.
- Now, add tomatoes and all spices and saute again for 5mins.
- Put spring onions into it, add small amount of water and cook for 3-4mins.
- Once the spring onions are cooked, add boondi and cover the lid for 3-4mins.
- Spring onions with boondi is ready to serve.
This Spring onions with boondi can be served with naan, chapati or any breads. There are more variants of this dish. You can replace this boondi with potatoes or mushrooms.
